Taming your R&D

Good Engineers and Scientists are renowned for their eccentricity. This makes us (yes the author is an Engineer) difficult to control in the eyes of Management and the Company Board.

Simply ask yourself do you wish to employ the best in class and have highly motivated dedicated R & D team that can deliver leading edge advances in your field, or do you wish to plod along with a third rate team capable of nothing more than obedience and consequentially requiring continual lead from the top making the team only as good as the person that leads them is the question you should ask?
