Our greatest strengths are in the area of blue sky innovation, concept generation and what we call “patent avoidance”. Many of the great inventions that our civilisation now takes for granted have come out of evolution where “one great thing has lead to another”. The wheel we see today on our automobiles is not the same as that invented all those thousands of years ago. The modern wheel by way of example requires for its manufacture a string of un-related parallel inventions that have arisen out of countless evolutionally stages that when combined create the wheels of today.  Unlike other innovation training Companies, Euro Technology Services actually believe it can legitimately apply the term innovation to its innovation training packages.

We promise not to confound your staff with text book regurgitation of innovation theories and mathematics, instead we ourselves as part of the course will come and visit your facility and/or spend a day with your customers in order for us to gain an understanding of your industry, its traditions and needs before setting the course content. We believe that innovation cannot be simply taught, it has to be nurtured and grown within an organisation. But as a word of warning, often innovation goes against the corporate grain and can rub it the wrong way! If it does don’t be offended, perhaps there is a lesson to be learnt! 

Problem Solving 

Throughout time mankind has always been confronted with problems.The fact that we humans are the dominant species on the planet is a testimony to the fact that we are quite capable of tackling problems as and when they arise.  Using the above statement many of us would thus think that problem solving is instinctive and hence cannot be improved. Certainly it is – but it can be improved and also honed to become a very effective tool in the workplace. The Euro Technology Services problem solving module is designed to introduce the concept of power of collective thinking and problem solving. It will explore methods by which organisations can formalise problem solving to empower the inexperienced to be able to solve what would at first appear to be difficult problems.  

Marketing Innovation 

Take a look sideways with the consultancy’s Marketing Innovation module. With this module one of our consultants will spend a one or more days within your business and/or with your customers to find out what you do, don’t do, what you ought to do and what your competitors do. We will then combine these findings within a workshop geared towards instilling new marketing and promotional ideas into your business. We will also assess the effectiveness of your advertising and if you use e-commerce the ranking of your corporate website in the tough e-commerce world.
