Knowledge transfer within businesses can be difficult. Many see knowledge as their own property and their job security.

 

However, as we all know without the spread of knowledge mankind would have failed to emerge as the dominant species and we would now be as extinct as the Woolly Mammoth.

 

Our mission is to unlock the myth that keeping knowledge to oneself is good for job security and the long term risks it poses to a business to all levels of staff. We will try to motivate staff at all levels that keeping knowledge under ones “hat” is not clever and is a short-term policy.
