Development Workshops to Suit your Business

Development workshops are similar to management workshops but can involve all levels of employee. Usually training packages are geared towards a particular company department permitting the level of training to be adapted to meet a specific target and skill level.

 

Aside from Technology (see Technology / Technical tab) workplace related training such as Health and Safety we can also include courses on what we call “brush-up” subjects. These include basic skills such as communications and mathematics.

 

Communications skills training can include the improvement of verbal presentations the use of electronic (e-mail) and visual media.

 

Lack of mathematical skills is one of the biggest issues of our modern times “the calculator said so” or “the computer said so” frustrates our everyday lives and is the standing joke on TV comedy shows. Simply we wish to re-introduce the concept of knowing when something is right or wrong, through the power of estimation and reason.
