Coping with the business of the 21st Century is something that the older generation of employee or Board member alike finds it hard to deal with. You will often hear “it ain't broke so why fix it” or “we have always done it that way” etc from staff at all levels,

 

We can develop customised targeted at individuals or groups at all levels from the shop floor through to the Chairman of a company which will try to bring the employee gently up to speed or at least give them the appreciation of change and why change is necessary even if it is not always for the good.

 

The changes that we can talk about include technology, legislation, social and economic through to taxation and retirement / exit strategies.
